Terms & Conditions

Last updated 31 October 2026.

These terms apply to your use of the Gator Towing website and to requests you submit through it.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A job is only booked once we have confirmed availability, price and arrangements with you and you have accepted them. Any reference number shown is for tracking your request.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the vehicle, its condition, access or locations differ from what was described, we will discuss any change in price with you before proceeding.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about the vehicle, its condition and its location.

Make sure you are the owner or have the owner’s authority to have the vehicle moved.

Remove valuables and loose items from the vehicle before it is transported.

Tell us about anything that could affect safe loading, such as modifications, leaks or missing parts.

Accident towing

Gator Towing does not provide accident towing from crash scenes in the Melbourne controlled area unless lawfully allocated. Information on this website about accident towing is general information only.

Liability

We take care with every vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items left in a vehicle.

Website content

Content on this website is general information and may change without notice. All branding and content belong to Gator Towing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
